Simon Robertson of Leoni at Malton, has won the S.C.A.E, UK Barista Finals, 2003,  for the second year in a row. The coffee making competition  was held in Birmingham this year and was hosted by FRACINO. He can be seen received his award from Brain Turner for making 4 Espresso's, 4 Cappuccino's, and 4 Signature drinks in 15 min's. The signature drinks were made from chocolate and made in front of the judges. The cups were developed with Bonnets of Scarborough, and the display tray was developed by Tony Walls. Simon will go Boston in April to try for the World Barista Final.
