Musley Bank
This became the the west intersection or the York end of the bypass.
It is known locally as the Musley Bank end.
The old A64 can be seen on the right of the photo.
This is now the approach to the slip road onto the bypass.
The same junction four months later, with the bridge well on the way to completion.
The chalk road to the bottom of the photo is the slip road from York.
This continues under the bridge and on into Malton
